Our Approach

We plan on 1-2 medical mission teams per year. At GHM we recruit physicians and mid level providers as well as nurses and non medical staff to effectively run 1-2 clinics while in Guatemala. Any patient who need surgical followup are referred to Children of the Americas. If a patient requires social intervention and support we work very closely with Mayan Families, a large and well connected nonprofit organization in Panajachel.
